Creating Opportunities Through Creativity, Education and Community Action
Dream House Foundation works to help vulnerable children, young people, women, families, and communities overcome barriers and discover new possibilities.
Our work focuses on:
We don’t simply want young people to survive their circumstances.
We want to help them imagine and build a different future.
The Challenges We See. The Future We Believe In.
The economic circumstances facing many young people have had a profound impact on their lives.
In disadvantaged communities, young people can face high unemployment, limited access to education, food insecurity, and inadequate access to safe drinking water, teenage pregnancies, substance abuse, child maltreatment, school dropout, and crime.
These challenges can make it difficult for young people to see a positive path forward.
But we believe that behind every challenge is a person with potential.
And behind every vulnerable young person is a story that can still be changed.
Dream House Foundation was established to respond to these realities by creating opportunities for young people and communities to access education, develop creative skills, express themselves, receive support, and build pathways toward a better future.
Art can give a young person a voice.
Music can bring people together.
Dance can build confidence.
Sport can develop discipline.
Creativity can open the imagination.
Education can open doors.
Opportunity can change a life.
